FastAPI 是近几年 Python Web 框架里上升势头最猛的一个：类型标注即文档、Pydantic 校验、原生 async、自动 OpenAPI。但很多人学完官方 Tutorial 就直接上了生产，然后被同步阻塞、依赖注入乱用、模型版本升级这些坑逐一教育。本文按项目演化的时间线，还原我们从 Demo 到生产 API 的踩坑与重构过程。
