所以 Angular 最终认为：与其强行适配 TS7 的 Go 编译器，不如直接利用 Rust + Oxc，把 Angular 自己负责的部分原生化。 不是因为 Angular 不想用 TypeScript 7，而是因为 Angular 的编译器和 TypeScript 集成太深，而 TS7 的 Go 版目前没有提供它需要的全部 API。
